More April heat rather than showers

Image
Yup I have some more April frolliking to share with you. And it has been rather warm this weekend just gone! Mummy and GavGav went to visit his grandparents and left me with the pet sitter Sarah. She is lovely but she isn't here for very long and I get rather annoyed at being on my own for so long :(. Anyway, first up we have the hedgehog having fun in the garden after a long hibernation! Looking very healthy too. And then we have a video of a rapid little wagtail too! We managed to capture both Magpies on camera - and also the very greedy crow (it is only Day that comes into the garden now - think Mummy is on nest and maybe the youngster and his gf are too). There are more to come but they need to be sorted through first and it is once again my bedtime (although I am trying to persuade mummy to keep me up longer now it is lighter outside! Byebye, Chucky!

Moving into those April showers

We are nearly at the end of the March pictures and moving into the rather soggy end of March, beginning of April lol. It has dried up a little bit again now though. The crows love trying to get the suet feeder down off the feeding station - although it is a little more difficult with the top from the other bird feeder in there also haha. We got our first hedgehog into the garden at the end of March too!! And on April fools day this crow was having great fun with the fat ball hahaha Mummy also wanted to get some pictures of the Magpies eating at the peanut flutter butter feeder - and there are some great pics. And we caught the blue tits on camera!! Mummy got very excited when she saw this! Well anyway I need to head to bed and let mummy get the latest photo's off the camera! Bye-bye!

More March Capers

And the fun continued through the second half of March! I actually can't believe we are already into April! Where is the time going?? The weather is not as nice as last year yet though - it is still chilly in the mornings and breezy through the day. My room gets quite chilly still - I like it like that but mummy complains her feet get cold. She should try having feathers on her feet - they keep you nice and cosy. Anyway, onto the garden wildlife!  We managed to get a couple of action shots of the Magpie on the bird feeder. Magpies are actually really agile birds and are great fun to watch. Crows are just like the brawn that don't really have to think of ways around a problem as they just use their brawn lol. (That is in comparison to the Magpie of course).  Then I thought you might like to see some close up of both the magpie and the crow. A very close shot in some cases hahaha. This is funny - we have the crow hiding on Doris's hutch, and then Doris try
