February - The month of love

Image
Well apparently it is - but I haven't seen any signs of it here in the bird room. Florance spends the majority of the day shouting at everybody and everything, although she does quite down a bit once mummy gets home, and Billie and Piper just seem to be squabbling a bit more. Mummy did notice that Billies beak is getting a little long, so she has changed their toys around and is adding some vitamins to their water. The ducks have been a bit frisky on the lake. Not good when there is little ones about - they tend to panic thinking that the female duck is about to drown! Then again, some of the adults seem to think the same thing. Anyway, I don't have any photos to share with you of drowning ducks or terrified kiddies, but I do have some more photos from the garden cam - nothing extremely exciting though i am afraid. Apparently there was something extremely exciting under the patio slabs. And then this crow had just had enough:  We think that this one is

Here are some more picture from the nature camera, through January - lots of messing about by the crows, some visits from the little Robin and the Wagtail also. Some fun seen from those Magpies too! Look we did have snow - but it was all gone by the time mummy got back home from work, so we didn't get to go and play out in it. It looked like so much fun as well!!!

Ok I bet you are getting bored of hearing about the same stuff all the time - so what I will do is just pop on and give you a dose of normal photos, and then just give you a quick update on the normal stuff, and go into detail about anything different that has happened :D The usual culprits were about between the 13th and 16th January - they were helping to tamp down mummy's new soil mound, honest!!  (Levitating crow god!!! hahahahhahah)  Now this one is interesting I think! The Magpie must have either been just landing or just taking off for this one! And some videos to prove they are helping compact the soil :P The little Wagtail is ever so sweet - he always sings to mummy when she is in the garden (that is when he is not too close to where he wants to be anyway -then he just chissiks at her). The wren has been coming into the garden too, but she is a little too quick to be caught on the camera. Check back for more - I have to go night n
