Nature Cam!
Well mummy got her camera set up in the Garden on New Years Day. It wasn't early enough to catch anything on camera, and then the earliest shots were ruined as the camera was not used to the cold weather and so clouded up, however later on on the 2nd there were some good shots.
I am going to show you the best of them, with a bit of explanation. So firstly are a little wagtail and then a magpie, but they are really just to show you the problem we had with the camera:
Now the caera starts working, and we can see the lovely Magpie first off:
The crows dominated the garden until about 11am (which I could have told mummy they did this - especially when there is plenty of food for them). It is great that mummy gets a chance to see how mischevious they are. And look at those feathers - this one really likes to take a selfie hehe.
Then Mr. Wagtail decided to come back to the garden once the crows had vacated and see if there was anything left to eat - oh and of course try and figure out what the camera was.
Ok so it was just crows and occassionally the wagtail for the rest of the day, but there was a period where the colours went all funny, before returning to normal for the wgtail and crows.
And then this fluffy Doris bounded into view - I think mummy may have let her out to play when she got home from work!
Caught red-handed eating mummys plants - naughty Doris!!
Well, I will have another couple of days worth of photos for you once I have had a chance to go through them, as there are quite a few for each day. I will try and post a couple of days worth of the best pictures for you all!
Time for me to get some beauty sleep - need to rest my lungs for more screaming tomorrow :D
